Epithalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) derived from the natural peptide Epithalamin, isolated from the pineal gland. It has been studied extensively in Russia since the 1980s for its potential effects on telomerase enzyme activity and longevity markers.
